Our team at Sterling Architecture are professional, committed and have many years of project experience.

The company was founded in 2012 by Adair Giuliano following a successful twenty-five year career leading architectural teams and working in multi-disciplinary design companies on projects covering a diverse range of construction sectors. During that time a strong personal network of individual specialists formed from different consultancies working in different construction disciplines.

We regularly work with a team of those consultants providing a full range of professional design and construction consultancy services giving a multi-disciplinary approach. Working with these consultants, often under a single appointment through Sterling Architecture, enables us to offer a high quality service in some or all of the disciplines including structural engineering, building services engineering, quantity surveying / cost management, and project health and safety as CDM coordinator.
